Exam prep works best when your workflow gets narrower as the exam gets closer.

At the start, you gather material and map the course. Later, you should be answering questions, fixing weak topics, and reviewing a smaller set of high-yield prompts repeatedly.

This hub is for that narrowing process.

Use it based on your deadline. If you have a month, build a full source-grounded loop. If you have one week, triage high-weight topics and test yourself quickly. If the exam is tomorrow, stop reorganizing notes and answer the questions most likely to reveal gaps.

Exam-prep routing

Your deadline determines the first useful move

Choose the path that matches the actual constraint: a month to build a system, a week to triage, past papers to analyze, or source material that still needs structure.

Orientation
01

30 days left

Map topics and build complete review loops.

02

7 days left

Triage high-weight topics and practice quickly.

03

Past papers available

Find recurring question types and weak areas.

04

Notes are messy

Build a study guide before making more cards.

05

Too much material

Create narrow, cited prompts from one source pack.

The closer the exam is, the less time should go into reorganizing and the more should go into answering.

What Not to Do

Do not spend the final stretch making perfect notes. Exams reward retrieval, problem solving, and judgment under constraints. If your materials are already readable, move into questions sooner.

Also avoid building a huge deck from every line of the syllabus. A useful exam deck is selective. It should contain recurring concepts, mistakes from practice, formulas you apply, and explanations you cannot yet produce cleanly. The closer the exam is, the more the deck should reflect weak topics rather than the entire course.

Build the exam loop

Turn source material into cited answers and weak-topic review

Use notes, PDFs, and past papers to build a tighter exam-prep system instead of rereading everything equally.
